BENEFITS ™
After working with hundreds of companies
to successfully plan and implement
group benefits, we have systemized
our process. By following our system
we develop with you and your team
the benefit package that meets your
company’s needs.
(1) WHAT YOU HAVE/WHAT YOU NEED:
During our initial meetings we review
your current benefit contracts,
pending renewals and budgetary requirements.
We also discuss key issues regarding
your current benefits and whether
additional voluntary products would
be beneficial or appropriate to
meet your goals.
(2) DEVELOPING THE BLUEPRINT: We
spend time with you during the second
phase planning and determining how
your benefits should be administered.
You identify those employees who
will be key to the implementation
and day-to-day management of your
benefit package. We also help you
design a blueprint of your company’s
ideal benefit plan so that we can
include your specifications in our
requests for proposals (RFP). We
will identify what deadlines, requirements
and completion dates are necessary
to successfully implement your benefit
package on-target, on-time and on-budget.
(3) SEEKING THE SOLUTION: Stage
three includes our comprehensive
research and proposal process. We
develop and submit RFP’s to the
marketplace on your behalf. Once
we have received proposals from
various carriers, we conduct an
extensive analysis to insure that
all proposals are complete according
to our specifications. Finally,
we present to you our research,
your options and our recommendations
for your final decision.
(4) PUTTING THE PLAN TO WORK: In
this stage, we will assist you in
the preparation of communications
to your employees, participate in
enrollment meetings, and spearhead
administration issues. We will also
review all contracts and documents
to insure that they are accurate
and meet your expectations. Finally,
we will provide you with on-going
support to resolve issues with your
plan as they arise.
